ShelfSignal is operated by Raptor Manga LLC. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using ShelfSignal, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and responsible for complying with retailer, marketplace, tax, resale, and product-safety requirements that apply to you.

ShelfSignal surfaces retail offers, possible Amazon matches, inventory reports, distance estimates, and estimated fees, profit, and ROI. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. A signal is not financial, tax, legal, or inventory advice and is never a guarantee that an item is available, sellable, authentic, safe, profitable, or eligible for your account.

Before buying, you are responsible for checking the exact barcode and variation, package count, condition, restrictions and recalls, your Amazon selling eligibility, current Buy Box and fee information, taxes, travel and preparation costs, checkout price, and physical shelf stock. Community observations are short-lived user reports, not retailer inventory guarantees. You decide whether to buy and assume all sourcing and resale risk.

The ShelfSignal Capture extension runs only after you click it. Automatic capture reads product details visible in the active browser tab; the separate human-entry path records only the page address and the values you type. It is not a license to access, copy, automate, or redistribute retailer content. You must comply with each site’s terms, robots and access rules, intellectual-property rights, account restrictions, and applicable law. Do not use the extension on authenticated, confidential, employee-only, or access-restricted pages; bypass CAPTCHAs, technical controls, or rate limits; or run automated bulk collection. ShelfSignal may disable capture from a source after a complaint or policy review.

Captured page values are private drafts until you independently verify them. ShelfSignal records source URL, hostname, capture time, and method for provenance and abuse prevention.

If you connect an Amazon seller account, you authorize ShelfSignal through Amazon’s official consent flow to request the roles and data described on that screen. ShelfSignal does not receive your Amazon password. You may disconnect in Settings, and Amazon may also let you revoke access. Catalog matches, fees, prices, restrictions, and eligibility can change and must be rechecked in Seller Central before purchase.

You may submit a shelf observation only when you personally observed it at the named public store, have permission to share the submitted facts, and believe the product, price, store address, coordinates, and stock count are accurate. A submission may record location accuracy and capture time for fraud prevention and moderation. By checking the submission consent, you give ShelfSignal a nonexclusive right to display and process the submitted store and product facts for the service. Do not include personal information, faces, receipts, access credentials, employee-only information, or confidential retailer information. ShelfSignal may review, reject, expire, correct, or remove any report and does not promise publication.

One independently moderated and approved scan may receive the promotional-credit amount displayed at submission. Promotional credits are not wages or cash, are nontransferable, require an active membership to use, and are usable only for eligible ShelfSignal operations. Duplicate, coordinated, inaccurate, recycled, manipulated, or abusive reports are ineligible. ShelfSignal may deny or reverse promotional credits for mistake, fraud, abuse, or rule violations, and may change or end future rewards without affecting credits already validly earned except where these terms allow reversal.

An eligible member may request a fresh check of one exact barcode at one named public retail store. Missions normally close 48 hours after creation and may close earlier when cancelled, fulfilled, limited for abuse prevention, or removed. Creating a mission does not reserve a contributor, guarantee a response, promise inventory, or direct anyone to violate store rules. Do not include home addresses, private locations, personal information, confidential information, or instructions to access employee-only or restricted areas.

You may not fulfill your own mission. A mission can receive multiple submissions, but only the first qualifying observation that passes independent moderation fulfills it and earns the displayed mission bonus. Starting a scan or submitting evidence does not reserve or fulfill a mission. If a mission closes before approval, an otherwise valid observation may still qualify for the standard community award and short-lived signal, but not the mission bonus. Mission bonuses follow the promotional-credit rules above, have no cash value, and may be denied or reversed for duplication, coordination, manipulation, location spoofing, recycled evidence, or other abuse.

You may share an open mission link with someone already able to visit the named public store. The recipient must sign in, the requester’s identity remains hidden, and the same exact-product, evidence, moderation, expiry, and reward rules apply. Do not send unsolicited mission links, promise payment or approval, misstate promotional credits as cash, or pressure anyone to travel or violate store rules.

Nearby mission notifications are optional and use your saved location, drive limit, and whichever email or phone alerts you enabled. ShelfSignal limits new-mission notices to five missions in a rolling 24-hour period per member. You can turn these notices off in Settings at any time.

Plans, credit allowances, prices, and trial terms are shown before checkout. An eligible new member may receive one seven-day trial. When checkout shows a trial, it automatically converts to the selected plan’s displayed monthly price, plus applicable tax, unless canceled before the trial ends. An account that already used a trial receives no additional trial; the displayed monthly price plus applicable tax is charged when the new subscription begins. The subscription then renews monthly using the payment method on file until canceled. There is no annual commitment. You may cancel online through “Manage billing” using the same account used to subscribe; cancellation takes effect according to the date shown in the Stripe portal.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a subscription charge is non-refundable after its billing period begins. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund an elapsed or partially used period. ShelfSignal will correct duplicate charges and verified billing errors. A credit-pack refund may be requested through Support within 14 days only while none of that pack’s credits have been used; after any pack credit is used, the pack is non-refundable except where required by law or to correct a verified billing error. Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method, may take several business days to appear, and remove the related credits.

Scout includes manual capture and calculation tools and grants no automated Amazon lookups. Pro and Power require an active eligible Amazon Professional seller connection and include the automated lookup allowance displayed before checkout. A credit represents one successful exact-catalog and fee lookup. Failed, unavailable, or ambiguous operations are not intended to consume a credit. Monthly credits reset to the allowance for your current plan on each eligible billing cycle and unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Purchased and promotional credits do not expire, but automated use and credit-pack purchases require an active Pro or Power plan and active eligible Amazon connection. Banked credits remain unavailable while Scout or an inactive plan is in effect. Credits have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may be reversed when the related payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or the underlying reward is invalid. Contact support promptly if a balance appears incorrect.

Local coverage, deal volume, inventory, and profitability are not guaranteed. ShelfSignal calculates and records a current coverage snapshot from your saved area and buy rules before checkout; you must acknowledge that disclosure even when the count is zero. Charges, refunds, promotions, and credit-pack purchases are governed by the checkout disclosure, these terms, and applicable law.

Following a tracked ShelfSignal referral link can set the first-party referral cookie described in the Privacy Notice. It remembers the last valid referral-link click for up to 30 days and may be associated with the account and subscription at checkout. Referral attribution, eligibility, commission timing, exclusions, disclosure requirements, and payout conditions are described on the Partner Program page and incorporated into these terms. Self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, spam, deceptive earnings claims, and promotion where community rules prohibit it are not eligible. ShelfSignal may withhold or reverse commissions for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or material program violations.

You may not bypass access controls, CAPTCHAs, retailer protections, or rate limits; share restricted credentials; misuse retailer or marketplace accounts; submit false stock or pricing reports; resell raw provider data; interfere with the service; or use ShelfSignal for unlawful, deceptive, or unsafe activity.

Retailers, Amazon, Stripe, and other providers are independent third parties with their own terms and policies. ShelfSignal is not sponsored, endorsed, or guaranteed by them. Third-party access or data may change or be withdrawn.

The service may contain errors and may change, pause, restrict enrollment, or discontinue features. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, or accuracy. You remain responsible for purchases, travel, inventory, customer claims, marketplace actions, taxes, and business losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Florida law governs where permitted, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
