Partner agreement
Promote ShelfSignal honestly and responsibly.
Effective August 29, 2026
Agreement, eligibility, and acceptance
This ShelfSignal Affiliate and Influencer Agreement is between Raptor Manga LLC, the operator of ShelfSignal, and the person or entity applying to promote ShelfSignal. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to act for any organization named in your application. Submitting an application does not approve you. The agreement begins only when you accept this version and ShelfSignal approves your application.
The ShelfSignal Terms of Service and Privacy Notice also apply. If this agreement conflicts with the general service terms on a partner-program issue, this agreement controls that issue. Mandatory rights and duties under applicable law remain unaffected.
Program scope and Whop commissions
An approved partner may receive a provider-specific Whop affiliate override of 20% for eligible recurring payments on the exact ShelfSignal Scout, Pro, and Power plans assigned to that partner. The override does not apply to another ShelfSignal or Raptor Manga LLC product, a credit pack, tax, or any purchase not attributed by Whop to that approved partner.
ShelfSignal referral links may remember the last valid referral-link click for up to 30 days, but Whop is the final authority for attribution, eligibility, payment timing, holds, refunds, reversals, and clawbacks on every Whop sale. A displayed click, code, dashboard estimate, or ShelfSignal record is not a promise that Whop will approve or release a commission.
Expressly eligible direct Stripe campaigns
A local ShelfSignal commission applies only when ShelfSignal expressly identifies a campaign as an eligible direct Stripe subscription campaign. For such a campaign, the commission is 20% of qualifying subscription revenue actually collected, for no more than the first 12 paid monthly invoices, subject to a 30-day hold and a $50 payout threshold. A normal Whop subscription is not an eligible direct Stripe campaign.
ShelfSignal may require accurate tax and payout information before releasing an eligible local payout. Local commission records are estimates until the hold and fraud-review period ends and every requirement in this agreement is satisfied.
Exclusions and one commission authority
Taxes, credit packs, trial periods, discounts not funded by ShelfSignal, proration-only invoices, unpaid or failed invoices, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent or coordinated accounts, and transactions that violate program or provider rules do not qualify. ShelfSignal may withhold, reverse, offset, or correct a commission affected by those events.
One sale has one commission authority. A sale governed by Whop cannot also create a local Stripe commission, and a direct Stripe sale cannot also create a Whop commission. The provider record associated with the qualifying checkout controls.
Required affiliate disclosure
Clearly and conspicuously disclose your material relationship with ShelfSignal near every endorsement and referral link. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand on the device and platform where the promotion appears. Clear language such as “I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link” is appropriate when true. A profile-page disclosure, hidden hashtag, vague thanks, or disclosure shown only after a click is not enough.
You are responsible for following the endorsement, advertising, privacy, electronic-message, and platform rules that apply to your promotion. The United States Federal Trade Commission publishes Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers; this link is educational and does not replace legal advice about your circumstances.
Truthful promotion and community permission
Describe only features, prices, coverage, availability, and results you can support with current evidence. Do not promise profits, guaranteed inventory, guaranteed Amazon eligibility, guaranteed sales, or a particular income. Do not publish fake reviews, claim experience you do not have, impersonate ShelfSignal, hide material limitations, invent scarcity, use misleading incentives, or alter approved materials in a deceptive way.
Do not spam, buy or misuse personal data, evade platform controls, or post where advertising is forbidden. Obtain the owner's permission before promoting in a Discord server or community you do not own, and obey that community's rules. Do not use ShelfSignal names, logos, or marks in a way that suggests ownership, employment, endorsement of unsupported claims, or an official account you do not control.
Application, identity, and payout requirements
Approval requires an accurate application and an OAuth-connected Whop user identity. That identity connection verifies only the Whop user bound to the application. It does not verify a company, tax status, bank account, payout setup, or eligibility to receive or withdraw funds.
You must separately complete every business, identity, tax, payment, and payout requirement imposed by Whop or another responsible provider. Keep your community, identity, payout, and contact information accurate. You may not transfer an approval, referral code, or commission claim to another person or account without written ShelfSignal approval.
Review, records, refunds, and clawbacks
ShelfSignal and its providers may review referral clicks, attributed checkouts, account relationships, promotion placement, refund and dispute history, and other limited records needed to administer the program and prevent abuse. You must reasonably cooperate with a request to verify a promotion or transaction and must not submit passwords, complete payment-card details, or other credentials.
Whop controls Whop payout records and release of Whop funds. ShelfSignal controls only an expressly eligible local Stripe commission ledger. Refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, fraud findings, attribution corrections, and provider enforcement may reduce or eliminate an estimated or previously credited commission as allowed by provider rules and applicable law.
Independent promoter and taxes
You are an independent promoter, not an employee, worker, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative of Raptor Manga LLC. You have no authority to bind ShelfSignal, make warranties for it, negotiate on its behalf, collect customer payments, or provide customer support as ShelfSignal.
You are responsible for your equipment, expenses, permits, records, insurance, reporting, and taxes. Nothing in this agreement promises employee benefits, reimbursement, minimum hours, minimum compensation, or exclusivity.
Suspension, termination, and updated terms
ShelfSignal may reject an application or suspend or terminate participation for deception, spam, unsupported claims, trademark misuse, prohibited incentives, fraud, provider restrictions, community-rule violations, security risk, noncooperation, or a material breach. Suspension disables local referral access and requires removal of ShelfSignal's stored Whop product overrides through the controlled cleanup process. Provider holds, refunds, clawbacks, and lawful record-retention duties may continue after suspension.
You may stop promoting at any time and ask ShelfSignal Support to close your partner participation. ShelfSignal may change future program terms by publishing a new dated version and requiring acceptance before new approval or continued participation. A material change does not retroactively create a commission for an ineligible transaction.
No earnings guarantee and support
There is no guarantee of acceptance, referral traffic, attribution, conversion, continued program availability, commission amount, payout timing, sales, or income. ShelfSignal is a retail-scouting and calculation service, not a promise that a customer will find inventory or make money. You and each customer remain responsible for independent product, retailer, marketplace, fee, safety, tax, and resale verification.
Submit account-linked partner questions through signed-in Support. If you cannot sign in, use public Support. Florida law governs this agreement where permitted, without overriding mandatory consumer or worker protections.
