The price is wrong
Correct it inside the extension before continuing. ShelfSignal intentionally never hides or auto-submits extracted values. Pages with several prices may require human selection.
No barcode was found
Many retailer pages do not publish UPC/EAN/GTIN. Leave it blank in the extension, then scan the digits printed on the physical package in ShelfSignal before any Amazon match.
The page says in stock
A website availability label is not proof of shelf stock. ShelfSignal marks physical inventory verified only after an approved store feed or a reviewed first-person store check supports it.
A retailer page cannot be read
Choose “Enter this item manually” to type the exact title, price, barcode, availability, and store details while keeping the same private history and profit workflow. Protected browser pages, PDFs, browser settings, and extension stores cannot be tied to a retailer capture; ShelfSignal does not bypass site protections.
