Turn a retailer product page into an editable deal draft. ShelfSignal finds the useful product details, flags competing prices, and calculates profit, ROI, maximum buy price, and budget fit.
What it reads when you ask
After you choose “Read page and create draft,” ShelfSignal reads that tab’s product title, current and regular prices, sale or clearance label, barcode and item numbers, brand, model, SKU, image, availability or selected-store label, page address, and short source notes or warnings. The draft stays in the extension until you review it and choose to open ShelfSignal. A selected-store or area label comes from the retailer page; the extension does not request device GPS.
Account and plan boundaries
The public calculator needs no paid plan. Saving a private capture requires sign-in; nearby live signals and creating missions require an eligible active membership. Scout uses manual Amazon values. Pro and Power automation require an eligible connected Amazon Professional seller account.
Sensitive account details stay on the site
Sign-in, Amazon authorization, and checkout happen on ShelfSignal. The extension never receives your account password, Amazon token, or payment details.

An approved store observation can answer the requester’s mission. Turning it into a public profit signal is a separate decision that also requires an exact Amazon match, current price and fees, seller-eligibility checks, and ShelfSignal moderation. Other members see source age and confidence—not the contributor’s identity.
